Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Islamabad for a Senior Sales Executive. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. The role includes building and maintaining long-term customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and providing market feedback to the company. Additionally, the Senior Sales Executive will collaborate with other departments to optimize sales processes and support corporate objectives.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management skills
  • Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics
  • Ability to work collaboratively and lead a sales team
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Experience in the energy sector is an advantage
