Job Summary
Denning Consultants is seeking a meticulous and highly organized Registration Officer to manage the comprehensive application process for our international education candidates. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining precise student documentation, coordinating timely university submissions, and delivering an exceptional registration experience that reflects our commitment to educational excellence and student success in global academic pursuits.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and submit comprehensive applications to partner universities and educational institutions worldwide
- Verify all required documentation meets the specific requirements of each international institution
- Monitor and manage application deadlines across multiple countries and educational systems
- Maintain professional communication with international admissions departments
Documentation Management
- Ensure all supporting documents (transcripts, personal statements, recommendation letters, etc.) are complete and properly formatted
- Verify the authenticity and accuracy of academic credentials and other supporting materials
- Coordinate document translations and credential evaluations when necessary
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems for all application materials
Student Application Support
- Guide students through documentation requirements and application procedures
- Provide clear instructions on application timelines and institutional requirements
- Update students on application status and any additional requirements
- Support students in understanding offer conditions and acceptance procedures
- Build and maintain relationships with admissions representatives at partner institutions
- Follow up on pending applications and address any concerns raised by universities
- Stay updated on changing admission requirements and application procedures
- Facilitate communication between students and university admissions departments
Record Keeping & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of all applications in the company database
- Track application progress from submission to final decision
- Generate regular reports on application statuses and outcomes
- Document best practices and common challenges in the application process
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field
- Previous experience in education administration, admissions processing, or similar role
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency with database management and office productivity software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Commitment to confidentiality when handling student information
Must-Have Skills
- Understanding of international university application systems, particularly for UK, USA, Canada, and Australia
- Experience with student information systems or education-specific CRM platforms
- Knowledge of document authentication processes and requirements
- Familiarity with visa application procedures for major study destinations
- Prior experience in an educational consultancy or international education setting
