A well-known and market leader organization in the Freight Forwarding/Logistics field is looking for a dynamic, hardworking individual for its Sales Department. The ideal candidate must have relevant experience of over five years in the freight forwarding/logistics field. His responsibilities would include:

  1. Generate export sales to achieve maximum profitability against mutually agreed sales targets
  2. Manage the sales team
  3. Explore new markets
  4. Able to achieve sales targets
  5. Developing new customers
  6. Able to develop a customer relationship program
  7. Reporting to Senior Management
  8. Able to comply with Company policies
  9. Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities with existing and potential customers
  10. Monitor customer accounts within the allocated sales area to ensure that sales potential is fully exploited

Having Business Development and Relationship Management attributes along with the ability to achieve targets and possess sound/strong communication skills.

  • Strong communication, motivation & convincing skills
  • 5 to 8 years experience in Air Export Sales in a freight forwarding company
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good knowledge of the market
  • Able to handle teams
  • Able to meet sales targets on time
  • Develop strategic plans for the team and able to achieve them
