
Assistant/Deputy Manager Corporate

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Assistant Manager for our Corporate Department. The ideal candidate will support the Corporate Manager in identifying growth opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving initiatives that align with the firm's strategic goals. This role involves a combination of strategic planning, market analysis, and hands-on execution to contribute to the firm's overall business growth.
Job Responsibilities:
- Company Incorporation in SECP (Private/Public/SMC-Private/NPO/NGO).
- Registration of Trust/Societies/Sindh Charity Commission/WPPF/PF/GF/SESSI/EOBI/SRB/PSEB/KCCI.
- Registration of Association of Persons (AOP) in Registrar of Firms.
- Filing of Annual Statutory Forms including Form A-9-19-26 for all companies in SECP.
- Filing of event-based statutory forms such as Form-3_3A (Allotment and Transfer of Shares), Form-7 (Increase in Authorized Capital), Application-2 for conversion between Private Limited and Public unlisted/SMC-Private Limited companies.
- Filing and registration of Form-10 for charge registration, modification, and satisfaction in SECP.
- Filing of audited and unaudited financial statements for all companies in SECP.
- Filing for extension and directions for companies when needed in SECP.
- Handling show cause notices, proceedings, and winding up of companies.
- Drafting legal documents such as partnership deeds, authority letters, powers of attorney, applications for extension/directions, board resolutions, auditor consent/certificates, notices/minutes of AGM, share transfer/gift deeds, affidavits, and resignation letters.
- Monthly filing of EOBI returns for clients.
- Coordinating with government authorities (via calls or visits) for proceedings, including SECP, BOI, and MOI.
- Resolving objections from SECP regarding compliance issues.
- Performing any other tasks assigned by the corporate manager or managing partner.
Skills and Qualifications:
- At least a graduate degree; LLB, MBA, ACCA, ICMA qualifications or partly qualified are preferable.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in professional services such as accounting, auditing, or consulting.
- Deep knowledge of the Companies Act, 2017.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Legal writing skills, research, and analytical abilities.
- Excellent time management skills.
