Job Type: Remote | Commission-Based

Shift: 8 PM to 5 AM Pakistan time

Compensation: $80 per closed deal (Unlimited Earning Potential)

Job Overview:

We are seeking highly motivated Sales Representatives (Cold Callers) to join our team for a USA-based solar campaign. This is a 100% commission-based role, offering unlimited earning potential. Your primary responsibility will be to qualify potential customers and set appointments for solar consultations.

If you have experience in cold calling, sales, or appointment setting and are eager to earn high commissions, this is a perfect opportunity for you

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Cold Calling: Reach out to homeowners across the USA to promote solar energy solutions.
  2. Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify potential customers who can benefit from solar energy.
  3. Appointment Setting: Schedule consultations with interested homeowners for our solar specialists.
  4. Follow-Ups: Re-engage with warm leads and nurture potential customers.
  5. CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments in the system.
  6. Sales Pitch: Effectively communicate the benefits of switching to solar, including cost savings and incentives.

Requirements:

  1. Experience: Prior experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or sales (preferably in solar or energy solutions).
  2. Communication Skills: Fluent in English with a persuasive and engaging approach.
  3. Self-motivated: Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  4. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using dialers, CRMs, and communication tools.
  5. Availability: Must be able to work during USA business hours.
  6. Reliable Internet & Equipment: Must have a good internet connection, a headset, and a laptop/computer.
