Salary: PKR 80,000 – 100,000

Role Overview:
We're looking for a dynamic and confident Sales Executive to join our Lahore-based team. This role involves connecting with parents and students, sharing the MTS success story, setting appointments, and closing sales with clarity and conviction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Closer: Turn leads into clients by presenting our services persuasively and confidently
  • Appointment Setter: Schedule consultation and demo sessions
  • Client Engagement: Understand educational goals and recommend the right tutoring services
  • Storyteller: Communicate MTS's value through compelling storytelling
  • Follow-Ups: Stay in touch with prospects and ensure timely conversions
  • CRM Management: Log and track all sales activity and communications efficiently
Who You Are:
  • A strong communicator with excellent spoken and written English skills
  • Confident, motivated, and target-driven
  • Able to build trust quickly through engaging conversations
  • Experienced in sales or customer service (preferably in the education industry)
  • Tech-savvy and organized
  • Able to convince international clients (especially Canadian)
  • Comfortable with commuting to DHA Phase 1, Lahore
  • Willing to receive or make calls between 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM (due to international client timing)
