Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Study Abroad Counsellor located in Sialkot. The Study Abroad Counsellor will provide expert advice on university selection, application and scholarship assistance, visa processing, and pre-departure support. The role also includes career counselling, job placement services, and facilitating networking opportunities with global professionals and alumni. Counsellors will be responsible for guiding students and professionals through the entire process, ensuring a smooth and successful international education journey.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of global education systems, university programs, and admission requirements
• Experience in application and scholarship processes, and visa regulations
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and counselling skills
• Proficiency in administrative and organizational tasks
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with international institutions and organizations
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Education, International Relations, or related field
• Prior experience in educational consultancy or related fields is a plus
• Empathy and patience in handling student queries and concerns
