Job Title: Technical Writer - Software Engineering Communications

About the Role:

We're seeking a detail-oriented Technical Writer with 0 to 1.5 years of experience, this entry to mid-level role focuses on lead management communications and proposal writing, If you're ready to work directly with our team to create compelling technical documentation that drives business growth in a collaborative environment, we'd love to hear from you

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Write clear, persuasive proposals for software development projects and technical solutions
  • Manage and organize lead communications, ensuring timely and professional responses
  • Transform complex software engineering concepts into accessible business communications
  • Collaborate directly with engineering and business development teams
  • Create technical documentation, project specifications, and client-facing materials
  • Maintain consistent messaging across all written communications
  • Support the sales process through well-crafted written materials

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Writing, Communications, Computer Science, or related field
  • 0-1.5 years of professional writing experience (new graduates welcome)
  • Strong technical aptitude with ability to understand software engineering concepts
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and organizational skills
  • Interest in technology and software development
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Basic understanding of software development lifecycle
  • Experience with technical documentation or technical writing coursework
  • Familiarity with project management and CRM systems
  • Background in STEM fields or technical communications
