About the Role:

We're not looking for just another content writer. We're hunting for a LinkedIn-native content assassin someone who knows how to craft scroll-stopping posts, build brand authority, and turn content into clients.

As our Content Creator, you'll drive both personal and company brand growth on Linkedin by delivering high-performing, lead-generating content that positions us as an authority in tech, SaaS, and digital innovation. You'll be working closely with our executive team, strategists, and designers to push a content engine that gets noticed, gets engagement, and gets results.

Responsibilities:


•Develop and execute a LinkedIn content strategy for M TECHUB and its Founder's personal brand.


•Write compelling posts, carousels, storytelling pieces, and thought leadership content that grows followers organically and drives inbound leads.


•Use hooks, CTAs, and trend-aware formats that convert impressions into conversations.


•Collaborate with the design team to create visuals and banners that boost post performance.


•Repurpose long-form content (blogs, podcasts, interviews) into snackable LinkedIn posts.


•Analyze performance metrics and continuously optimize for engagement and conversions.


•Stay up-to-date with LinkedIn algorithm changes, content trends, and industry news.

Requirements:

Proven experience growing personal or business LinkedIn accounts (10K+ followers or 500%+ growth benchmarks preferred).

A portfolio of high-engagement posts and lead-driving content on LinkedIn.

Deep understanding of B2B SaaS, tech, or service-based businesses.

Strong writing chops — crisp, persuasive, and personality-packed.

Know how to reverse-engineer lead magnets, hooks, and CTAs into your content.

Familiarity with tools like Canva, Hubspot, zoho CRM, zoho sales IQ

Bonus If You:

Know how to turn viral posts into funnels or automated DMs.

Can script short-form videos or voiceovers for LinkedIn native video.
