Sales Closer — Night Shift (US Hours)

Location: On-site, OPF (near Wapda Town), Lahore

Stratagem Insights is growing fast, and we're hiring a Sales Closer to convert qualified prospects into happy, long-term clients for our US-based digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, Social, Web). You'll run high-quality discovery calls, present value-driven proposals, negotiate terms, and close—then hand off cleanly to our onboarding and Customer Success teams.

Responsibilities
  • Own the end of funnel: proposal walk-throughs, objections, negotiation, and signature.
  • Hit and exceed monthly revenue and close-rate targets.
  • Conduct tailored demos/consults that map client pain points to our solutions.
  • Maintain pipeline hygiene in the CRM; forecast accurately and report daily progress.
  • Partner with Marketing/SDRs for feedback on lead quality and messaging.
  • Ensure a smooth post-sale handoff to CST/Delivery; set expectations to prevent churn.
Qualifications
  • 1–3+ years closing experience (B2B/B2C), ideally in digital marketing or SaaS.
  • Strong English communication (spoken & written) and US market selling experience.
  • Proven objection handling and consultative selling skills.
  • Comfortable working in a structured, KPI-driven environment.
  • CRM proficiency (HubSpot/Zoho or similar) and disciplined follow-up habits.
  • Energetic, coachable, and hungry to win—with integrity.
Schedule
  • Night shift (US hours): approximately 7:00 PM – 5:00 AM PKT, Monday–Friday.
  • On-site at our Lahore office in OPF (near Wapda Town).
Compensation & Perks
  • Base salary: up to PKR 200,000 / month (experience-based).
