We also facilitate interpreters for crime victims to ensure they get justice. Our platform connects interpreters with our customers, which include hospitals, courts/lawyers, and municipalities communicating with refugees and others in need.

Role:
  • Establish and improve ways of working for your team.
  • Build, lead, and grow our Engineers.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new joiners, including training.
  • Collaborate with the Product Owner / Accountable Lead to ensure high-quality, high-velocity delivery.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues.
  • Create a fun and engaging workplace for our international Engineering team.
Experience:
  • At least 6 years in the industry, including a minimum of 4 years as a developer and at least 2 years as an Engineering Manager responsible for designing and implementing systems.
  • Experience managing at least four individuals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship.
  • Experience working in fast-paced Agile/Scrum projects.
  • Experience with performance management and salary reviews.
  • Self-driven, high-energy, with a passion for nurturing high-performing teams.
