Who Are We Looking For?

We are hiring a Front-end Developer skilled in creating interactive, user-centric web applications. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of ReactJS, Next.js, and familiarity with Microsoft Azure and cloud technologies to develop scalable, high-performance frontend experiences that enhance user engagement.

The role involves translating design mock-ups into functional code, developing interactive applications, and working closely with the web team to understand customer needs, brainstorm solutions, and optimize platforms. A strong understanding of not just coding but also the reasoning behind code is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy user interfaces using React.js and Next.js.
  • Collaborate with designers and developers to turn mock-ups into scalable, responsive web applications.
  • Write high-quality, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
  • Create user-friendly web pages using HTML.
  • Maintain and optimize websites for speed and performance.
  • Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
  • Design web page structures to enhance user experience.
  • Ensure applications are responsive and work well across devices and browsers.
  • Integrate front-end components with back-end APIs and services, possibly utilizing Microsoft Azure.
  • Implement accessibility standards to ensure usability for all users.
  • Stay updated with the latest front-end development tools and technologies.
  • Ensure UI compatibility across browsers and devices using responsive design principles.
  • Recommend and adopt modern technology frameworks to enhance user experiences.
  • Keep abreast of emerging media and design technologies like HTML5, XHTML, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS frameworks.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science.
  • At least 3 years of professional front-end development experience.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Proficiency with Windows Office systems.
Skills
  • Strong JavaScript (ES6+), DOM manipulation, and object-oriented skills.
  • Hands-on experience with React.js and Next.js.
  • Experience building SPAs.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS (Sass or Less is a plus).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and cloud deployment (CI/CD).
  • Experience with version control tools like Git.
  • Understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL, and web development lifecycle.
  • Experience with state management libraries (Redux, MobX), testing frameworks (Jest), SSR techniques, and styling libraries (Material-UI, Ant Design) is advantageous.
  • Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment with strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptability to new technologies and environments.
