You will help members obtain critical medications, act as their personal advocate, and guide them through complex prescription processes—assessing patient assistance options and connecting with doctors and pharmaceutical companies.
You will triage, coordinate care, and collaborate with internal and external teams. Strong communication and documentation skills are essential.
