Position Summary

We are seeking a proactive and dedicated ACCA Trainee to assist in the development of study materials, content review, research, and student engagement initiatives. This is a remote position ideal for someone looking to gain practical experience in education, accounting, and digital operations while working closely with the Founder of Zain Academy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating, reviewing, and proofreading study content for CIA, CMA, CPA, CFA, and ACCA exams.
  • Conduct topic-based research aligned with international accounting and auditing standards (IFRS, COSO, etc.).
  • Help in preparing multiple-choice questions, explanations, quizzes, and mind maps.
  • Coordinate with students through emails, WhatsApp, and online communities.
  • Support in content formatting and document preparation (Word, Excel, PDF, etc.).
  • Assist with digital marketing tasks such as basic content writing, posting updates, and organizing email campaigns.
  • Occasionally visit the office in Karachi (if required for training or specific tasks).

Requirements

  • Enrolled in or recently completed the ACCA Qualification.
  • Strong understanding of accounting, audit, and finance concepts.
  • Excellent English communication and writing skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Self-motivated, responsible, and able to meet deadlines independently.
  • Basic knowledge of digital platforms (YouTube, Google Docs, WhatsApp Business) is a plus.
