Position Overview:

We're looking for a talented and experienced Senior Designer to join our team. You'll play a key role in leading the creative direction of digital projects, mentoring junior designers, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions for our clients. You should have a strong portfolio that demonstrates innovative thinking, pixel-perfect execution, and a deep understanding of UI/UX principles, branding, and visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the visual design strategy for digital campaigns, websites, apps, and brand initiatives.

Collaborate with project managers, developers, and marketing teams to bring creative ideas to life.

Translate client goals and requirements into impactful design concepts.

Present and articulate design decisions and creative solutions to clients and internal stakeholders.

Ensure design consistency across all digital touchpoints.

Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

Provide mentorship and guidance to junior and mid-level designers.

Contribute to improving internal processes and creative workflows.

Requirements:

5+ years of professional experience in digital design, preferably within an agency environment.

Strong portfolio showcasing digital campaigns, responsive websites, UI/UX work, and branding.

Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, and other relevant design tools.

Solid understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and web accessibility standards.

Experience working within agile or collaborative team environments.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (preferred but not required).

NGO experience preffered
