Concierge Specialist

As a Concierge Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to guests at our luxury hotel in Gujrat. Your main duties will include greeting guests upon arrival, assisting with check-in and check-out processes, making reservations and recommendations for local attractions and restaurants, and handling any special requests or concerns. You must have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred. This position offers a salary of 1500$ per month and may require working evenings, weekends, and holidays. Fluent English is required; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
