Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Ebook Front Sales position located in Karachi. The Ebook Front Sales representative will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, providing excellent customer service, and managing sales processes. Day-to-day tasks include communicating with clients, understanding their needs, offering appropriate solutions, closing sales, and providing ongoing support and training to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Sales and Sales Management
  • Ability to provide Training and support to clients
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Must have worked on Social Media Leads for Ebook publishing and marketing services.
  • Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets
