Role Description

This is an internship role for a Delivery Hero, located on-site in Gujranwala. The Delivery Hero will be responsible for ensuring the timely and safe delivery of products to customers. Day-to-day tasks include picking up packages from the warehouse, verifying customer information, delivering packages to the correct destination, and interacting with customers to ensure satisfaction with their delivery experience.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Ability to work effectively in Teamwork settings
  • Recruiting and workforce Integration skills are beneficial
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
  • Valid driver's license and familiarity with the local area
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
