Location and Compensation

The location would be the North Florida area, Tampa, or Jacksonville.

  • Compensation would be salary and commission.
Responsibilities
  1. Client Support: Assist with day-to-day client service tasks, respond to client inquiries, and maintain client accounts.
  2. Financial Planning Preparation: Gather financial data from clients, prepare financial analysis, and help draft financial plans and reports.
  3. Portfolio Review: Support portfolio analysis and help monitor clients' portfolios to ensure they align with financial goals.
  4. Meeting Preparation: Prepare materials for client meetings, such as account summaries and financial projections.
  5. Documentation: Maintain client records, prepare documentation, and ensure compliance with regulations and firm policies.
Qualifications
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or related field.
  2. Licensing: Series 6, or willingness to obtain licenses within a certain timeframe.
  3. Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Experience: Previous experience in finance or client service is a plus, but not always required.
Additional Information

The position is based in the North Florida area, Tampa, or Jacksonville, with a salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 yearly.
