Role Summary

We are seeking a Senior Java Spring Boot Developer with experience in building high-performance backend systems and microservices. This role requires technical leadership, architectural thinking, and the ability to mentor junior developers while actively contributing to code and design.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot
  • Architect and implement complex solutions using microservices patterns
  • Work with both relational and NoSQL databases for data storage and retrieval
  • Ensure code quality through unit, integration, and performance testing
  • Collaborate with DevOps teams to automate deployments via CI/CD
  • Contribute to architectural decisions and tech stack evolution
  • Mentor and support junior developers in the team

Required Skills

  • 6–7 years of experience in backend development with Java
  • Expertise in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, and Spring Security
  • Deep understanding of REST APIs and microservices architecture
  • Experience with Docker, CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)
  • Strong experience with databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)
  • Exposure to distributed systems, caching, and performance tuning
  • Solid communication and leadership skills
