Key Responsibilities:
- Buyer Journey Optimization: Design and implement strategies to optimize the buyer lifecycle, from acquisition through retention and advocacy.
- Cohort Analysis & Segmentation: Perform cohort analysis to identify trends and segment opportunities, and apply insights to refine lifecycle strategies and improve buyer engagement.
- Buyer Engagement & Retention: Lead initiatives to improve buyer satisfaction, retention, and engagement at each lifecycle stage.
- Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with Operations, Commercial, and Customer Service teams to ensure alignment of strategies and an integrated approach to enhancing the buyer experience.
- Lifecycle Campaign Management: Develop and manage campaigns targeting specific stages in the buyer journey, ensuring they are personalized and optimized for retention and advocacy.
- Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to buyer behavior, retention, lifetime value, and campaign effectiveness.
- Customer Feedback & Continuous Improvement: Collect and act on buyer feedback to refine lifecycle strategies and ensure the company remains responsive to customer needs and behaviors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in Buyer Lifecycle Management, Customer Experience, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong experience in cohort analysis and customer segmentation techniques.
- Proven ability to develop and execute lifecycle campaigns that enhance engagement and retention.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.
- Detail-oriented, with a focus on continuous improvement and data-driven decision making.
