Job Summary:

We are seeking a Junior Hybrid Cross-Platform App Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience developing mobile applications for both iOS and Android using cross-platform frameworks like Flutter, React Native, or Ionic. You will collaborate with designers, backend developers, and other stakeholders to build and maintain high-quality mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, test, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter, React Native, or Ionic
  2. Implement intuitive UI/UX designs that enhance user experience
  3. Collaborate with backend developers to integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services
  4. Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security
  5. Debug and resolve application issues across different mobile devices and OS versions
  6. Follow best coding practices, maintain clean code, and document development processes
  7. Stay updated with latest mobile development trends and cross-platform technologies
  8. Participate in code reviews and Agile development processes

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  1. 1-2 years of experience in mobile app development using Flutter, React Native, or Ionic
  2. Proficiency in Dart (for Flutter) or JavaScript/TypeScript (for React Native, Ionic)
  3. Solid understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and responsive design
  4. Experience with RESTful APIs, Firebase, or GraphQL integration
  5. Knowledge of state management libraries (e.g., Provider, Redux, MobX, or Bloc)
  6. Understanding of Google Play Store and Apple App Store deployment processes
  7. Familiarity with Git version control and Agile development methodologies
  8. Basic knowledge of native Android (Java/Kotlin) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C) development is a plus
  9. Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

  1. Experience with push notifications, deep linking, and in-app purchases
  2. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications
  3. Knowledge of cloud services like AWS, Google Cloud, or Firebase
  4. Understanding of UI testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Appium)
  5. Previous experience working on live, published applications
