You will perform detailed finance work, transactions, and data structuring under the guidance of the Finance Manager. Responsibilities include data collection, maintaining information integrity, monitoring reconciliations, and conducting basic checks and controls.

• Execute aspects of finance planning and performance management, including annual contract planning/forecasting, target development, financial reporting/analysis, financial modeling, and decision support within a specific scope such as region, business unit, or function. You will also handle data collection and integrity checks.
• Contribute to a strong controls and compliance environment, ensuring adherence to policies.
• Perform ad hoc analyses and projects as requested by the Senior Finance Manager or Director.
• Support projects aimed at improving efficiencies and ways of working, fostering a mindset of continuous improvement.
• Contribute to a high-performing Finance team and invest in personal and peer development.

About the Role

Join our dynamic MSC Finance team to drive cost efficiencies, operational excellence, and strategic decision-making. As an MSC Finance Analyst, you will support data integrity, financial reporting, and automation, working closely with supply chain operations, COE, and HQ teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Governance and reporting of conversion projects in the VOLT system.
• Reporting of RM PM write-off and waste.
• Oversee HO reporting, Tableau/Optimus updates, and monthly Supply Chain Finance Scorecards.
• BOM analysis and simulations for reformulation and productivity projects.
• Perform ad hoc analyses/projects as requested by MSC Leadership.
• Drive synergies and harmonize reporting processes across sites.
• Utilize data analytics and digital tools to enhance financial planning and reporting.
• Strengthen internal controls and support governance.

What we are looking for

• Qualified degree in Finance or Accountancy; CA/CMA preferred.
• 5+ years of finance and accounting experience in an ERP environment (SAP), with at least 3 years in manufacturing or supply chain finance, preferably in FMCG.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
