Applications are invited from Pakistani Nationals, who are not married to a foreign national, for the appointment on the following position in the Department of Food Science under Higher Education Commission project No. Ref No. 20-15241/NRPU/R&D/HEC/2021, titled "Development Of Extruded Snacks Complemented With Different Pulses And Their Role In Regulation Of Metabolic Syndrome In Adults" with the following terms and conditions.
Honorarium: Rs. 24000/- per month
Contract duration: 1 year
Qualification: M.Sc. (Hons.)/MS or equivalent in Food Science or relevant field
Honorarium: Rs. 16000/- per month
Contract duration: 1 year
Qualification: B.Sc. (Hons.)/BS or equivalent in Food Science or relevant field
Experience: Candidates with good working experience related to physicochemical analyses and report writing will be preferred. Duties and responsibilities include working in both field and lab environments, including raw material collection, chemical analyses, preparing project reports, writing new proposals, and manuscript writing.
Project information: The project remaining duration is 24 months. The above positions are purely on a temporary basis. The incumbent will be required to sign a bond for the entire duration of the project.
