Job Title: Associate Professor

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced academic to join our faculty as an Associate Professor. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students at the undergraduate and graduate levels, conducting research and publishing findings in academic journals, participating in departmental and university service activities, and engaging in professional development and staying current in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach and mentor students at the undergraduate and graduate levels, developing and delivering courses that align with the department's curriculum goals
  • Conduct research and publish findings in reputable academic journals, contributing to the advancement of knowledge in their field
  • Participate in departmental and university service activities, such as serving on committees, advising student organizations, and representing the department at university events
  • Engage in professional development and stay current in their field, attending conferences, workshops, and seminars to enhance their skills and knowledge

Essential Skills:

  • Excellent listening, speaking, and writing skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design and conduct research studies and analyze data
