About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team in Lahore as an Amazon A to Z Account Manager (Private Label). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing Amazon seller accounts to achieve maximum results.

Responsibilities
  • Account Health Management: Regularly assess and enhance the overall health of the Amazon seller account, addressing performance issues and ensuring compliance with Amazon's policies.
  • Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve various issues related to orders, listings, and product information.
  • Catalog Management: Create new product listings and optimize suggestions for content to improve visibility and sales performance.
  • Amazon Account Audits: Conduct audits to ensure accurate and compliant product information, including pricing, images, and other listing details.
Requirements
  • Platform Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of Amazon's Seller Central platform, including backend operations and features.
  • Expertise in Product Listings: Manual and bulk creation, optimization, storefront creation, and communication with support.
  • Brand Registry and Flat File Operations: Familiarity with brand registry and flat file operations is essential.
  • Energetic and Adaptable: Commitment to continuous learning and staying up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Trustworthy and Straightforward: Fostering long-term partnerships with clients and colleagues.
  • Personal Laptop: Must possess a personal laptop for work purposes.
  • Tool Proficiency: Well-versed with tools like Click-up, Slack, and Google Sheets.
