This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Laboratory Technician located in Mardan Division. The Senior Laboratory Technician will be responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of laboratory equipment, performing quality control tests, conducting various analytical tests, and overseeing laboratory procedures. The role also includes training junior laboratory technicians, ensuring compliance with lab safety protocols, and troubleshooting laboratory issues.
Qualifications
- Proficiency with Laboratory Equipment and strong Laboratory Skills
- Experience in Quality Control processes
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Ability to supervise and guide Laboratory Technicians
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, or a related field
- Experience in a similar role in a laboratory setting is preferred
