The role focuses on managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads, as well as running automated email marketing campaigns on Mailchimp. Key Responsibilities:

Paid Advertising Campaigns: Run and manage high-performing paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads.

Email Marketing: Build and manage automated email campaigns on Mailchimp.

Social Media Strategy: Contribute to social media marketing efforts to increase visibility and engagement.

Client Satisfaction: Ensure clear communication and consistent results for clients.

Collaboration: Work with the internal design team to align creative assets with campaigns.

Creative Contribution: Bring new ideas for ad creatives and messaging that resonate with the target audience.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in lead generation or a similar role in a service-based agency.

Proficiency in Mailchimp for email workflow automation.

Hands-on experience with Meta & Google Ads—metrics, performance tracking, and optimization.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

A creative and analytical mindset for brainstorming bold campaign ideas.
