Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and control multiple projects in the Marketing and Design Team.
  • Manage projects from beginning to end, including planning, execution, and cross-functional involvement in marketing projects and processes.
  • Build aggressive schedules that adhere to fast-paced timelines, with the flexibility to adapt as needed.
  • Consider each milestone and task as a project.
  • Strong understanding of Project Framework and SDLC.
  • Proactively communicate with key stakeholders, cross-functional partners, and marketing teams to ensure clear visibility into and accountability for upcoming milestones/deliverables.
  • Manage multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously for different marketing team leads.
  • Lead meetings and calls with clear agendas, action items, follow-up notes, and issue tracking.
  • Proactively mitigate risks within project scopes, helping to escalate and drive resolution with the team.
  • Facilitate SCRUM meetings and ensure the desired agenda is achieved by the end of the meeting.
  • Scheme sprints, pick tasks from OKRs based on priority, and place them in sprints.
  • Proactively identify hindrances and ensure timely resolution.
  • Follow a designated project management methodology to achieve all tasks.
  • Provide daily status reports to Project Managers on actions completed and planned.
  • Plan and schedule calendars with limited consultation, resolving calendaring conflicts.
  • Be driven and tenacious with the ability to deliver multiple projects against competing deadlines.
