What We're Looking For:

  1. 12-15 years of experience as a School Head/School Principal in a sizable school (500+ students)
  2. Full School IB experience is mandatory, with a strong focus on the MYP (Middle Years Program). PYP (Primary Years Program) experience is an added advantage
  3. Master's in Education or equivalent, with relevant training/certifications/diplomas in education
  4. Strong interpersonal and networking skills, with a proven ability to build relationships with embassies and the expat community
Exceptional Compensation:

  1. Competitive salary of USD 7500-8000 per month
  2. Fully furnished residence/apartment
  3. Utility allowance of PKR 30,000/month (inclusive of generator fuel)
  4. Flights provided
  5. Medical insurance provided
  6. Company-maintained/insured car with driver
  7. Laptop and mobile phone provided
