Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial in identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, and relationship management, with a passion for delivering tailored marketing solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead Generation & Sales: Identify and target potential clients through market research, networking, and outreach strategies.
  2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
  3. Proposal & Pitch Development: Create compelling proposals, presentations, and sales pitches to showcase Asna Marketing's services.
  4. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market reach.
  5. Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing technologies to refine business strategies.
  6. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to ensure alignment between client needs and service offerings.
  7. Negotiation & Contract Management: Lead contract negotiations and finalize agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
  8. Performance Tracking: Monitor sales metrics and business development activities, providing regular reports and insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Skills
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  2. Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
  3. Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  5. Ability to create and deliver persuasive presentations.
  6. Knowledge of digital marketing services, including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and content marketing, is a plus.
  7. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  8. Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software.
