We are seeking a Full Stack Web Developer who excels in creating high-performance web applications from scratch. You will be involved throughout the entire development cycle—designing, building, deploying, and maintaining scalable, modern web solutions. If you appreciate clean code, efficient APIs, and seamless communication between frontend and backend systems, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and develop robust, scalable web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Next.js, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
  2. Build high-quality frontends with React.js and Next.js, including server-side rendering, static generation, and API routes.
  3. Develop backend services, RESTful APIs, and integrations using Node.js and Express.js.
  4. Integrate CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) with websites for lead capture, user syncing, and campaign tracking.
  5. Collaborate with UI/UX designers to convert wireframes and design systems into responsive components.
  6. Work with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, operations) to define and implement features.
  7. Maintain and troubleshoot existing applications and ensure smooth deployments.
  8. Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices.
Requirements
  1. 3+ years of full-stack development experience with strong expertise in the MERN stack.
  2. Advanced skills in React.js and Next.js.
  3. Deep understanding of Node.js and Express.js for backend and API development.
  4. Experience integrating CRM systems with websites, including API authentication, data mapping, and synchronization.
  5. Proficiency with MongoDB and Mongoose for data modeling.
  6. Experience with RESTful APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations.
  7. Strong knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment tools (Vercel, Netlify, etc.).
  8. Commitment to writing clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with GraphQL and headless CMSs.
  • Knowledge of analytics tools (GA4, Mixpanel) and tag managers.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
  • Familiarity with authentication frameworks (OAuth, JWT).
