Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute branding and global outreach strategies, including partnerships, digital marketing, event marketing, public relations, and content marketing
  • Design and layout of essential business materials (web banners, event collateral, etc)
  • Maintain and evolve the Pakistan IT Industry's brand identity with consistent messaging across all channels
  • Create data visualizations, infographics and other materials for communication of concepts and data
  • Create & edit short video clips and optimize content for use on social media platforms
  • Assist the marketing team in creative visualization & design ideation
Skills Required
  • Strong visual communication skills, including the ability to communicate concepts and data through images
  • Strong grasp of best practices for graphics and video content for social media platforms
  • A standout portfolio showcasing exceptional design work across various mediums.
  • Expertise in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premier Pro etc) and familiarity with tools like Figma (motion graphics/3D skills are a plus).
  • A strong sense of typography and an ability to differentiate between good and great fonts.
  • Ability to take constructive feedback positively and use it to enhance designs.
  • Creative visual thinker with the ability to independently ideate & suggest new designs
  • Pro-active with a self-starting work approach
  • Adaptable and able to work under pressure
Eligibility
  • 5+ years of proven experience in designing and delivering impactful visuals.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communication Design, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Digital Media Design, Marketing, Communications or related field.
