Job Title: Merchandising & Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the position of Merchandising & Marketing Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the team to expedite processes from scratch to shipment.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct the team to achieve set goals. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as the successful candidate will be required to communicate effectively with buyers, both locally and internationally.

In addition to leadership skills, the successful candidate should have in-depth knowledge of fabrics, PPC, trims, and accessories. They should also be proficient in preparing costing sheets and pricing of knit garments. Sales forecasting, market analysis, and searching new markets & buyers to boost up business are key responsibilities of this role.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase our facility awareness and sales revenue. Conducting market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the global market is another crucial aspect of this role.

1. A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in the knitted garments industry.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
4. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
5. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
6. Willingness to travel for business purposes.
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic software used in the industry.
