Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking an enthusiastic Quality Assurance Specialist to oversee the implementation and maintenance of QA systems, ensuring all products meet quality standards and specifications.

About the Role

This is a full-time, onsite role that involves tracking production performance against targets, identifying deviations, and collaborating with the KD partner to implement corrective actions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing finished goods dispatches, ensuring accuracy, timely delivery, and proper documentation.

S/he will also serve as the main contact between the KD partner's Production and Quality departments to ensure effective communication and alignment.

In addition, the Quality Assurance Specialist will investigate quality issues, conduct root cause analysis, and support corrective and preventive actions.

S/he will maintain detailed records and prepare regular reports on production, quality checks, and dispatches.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, and 2-3 years of experience in quality assurance or production roles.

Experience with third-party manufacturing or KD assembly in the consumer electronics industry is advantageous.

The selected candidate will possess strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills, as well as proficiency in MS Office; ERP knowledge is a plus.
