As an Ecommerce Associate, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and customer engagement across our e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective e-commerce strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance customer experience
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in the online shopping industry
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of e-commerce initiatives
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support through various channels

We seek an individual with 2-3 years of experience in the e-commerce industry, possessing a solid understanding of eCommerce Platforms (Shopify, Wordpress, Opencart, etc.), as well as proficiency in Photoshop, MS-Office Word Processing & Excel, and basic inventory management.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing e-commerce strategies that drive sales and customer engagement. They will also be expected to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the online shopping industry, ensuring that our e-commerce platforms remain competitive and innovative.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in e-commerce industry: 2-3 years
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce Platforms (Shopify, Wordpress, Opencart, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Photoshop, MS-Office Word Processing & Excel
  • Basic inventory management skills
