You will be responsible for overseeing video projects from our creative department. Your primary task involves refining videos shot by content creators according to the pre-production plan and creative direction.

Job Role & Responsibilities

  • Edit raw footage to create a polished product that meets our team's requirements.
  • Coordinate with our creative department team for the video projects that need editing and finalization.
  • Mix sound effects and music to create a cohesive audio track, focusing on detail when adding sound effects and transitions.
  • Work on graphics, special effects, masking, motion tracking, and object removal to enhance the video aspect as per project needs.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest video and photo editing software through regular research.
  • Ensure accurate, consistent, and timely completion of high-quality video and photo edits by effectively using industry standards software and application tools.
  • Communicate project progress and changes through regular updates and feedback.
  • Finalize and deliver assigned tasks by supporting with selecting, editing, and making requested modifications and edits on videos and photos.
  • Enhance footage with sound input, including selecting music, voice overs, and adding multilingual subtitles.
  • FOLLOW client brand guidelines specified within the brief.
  • Use Slack and Trello daily to stay aligned with the team, communicate effectively, and report completed tasks at the end of each working day.
  • Utilize proxy video files during the editing process for smooth and efficient remote work, then relink to full-resolution footage for final delivery without compromising quality.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Davinci Resolve, Fusion, Adobe After Effects & Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Show an ability to see different points of view and have an eye for details to spot errors.
  • Show ability to work independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines.
  • Display excellent organizational & multitasking skills.
  • Show ability to work extended hours and under pressure.
  • Ability to set priorities, workload and meet deadlines for the assigned tasks.
