Recovery Officer: Turning Outstanding Balances into Payable Amounts

This role involves achieving set recovery targets for Non-Performing Loans (NPLs) and written-off portfolios. The incumbent will actively pursue recovery from pre-charged off, charged off, written-off, and skip accounts, ensuring compliance with the regulatory framework set by SBP's Fair Debt Collection Guidelines and MMBL policies.

• Collection & Recovery Management:
• Pursue timely field visits to delinquent customers, following an efficient schedule to meet collection targets through effective negotiations.
• Ensure collections comply with SBP's Fair Debt Collection Guidelines, providing daily updates on visited accounts to the line manager.
• Work towards reducing NPL provisions, managing delinquent accounts classified as NPLs and Loss (charged-off), and adhering to Promised To Pay (PTPs).
• Address and resolve customer queries or complaints during visits or calls, escalating unresolved issues to the line manager.

• Required Qualification & Experience:
• Bachelor Degree from a reputable institution.
• Over 1 year of experience in collection & recovery.

• Essential Skills:
• Strong organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office, sound communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, readiness for mobility, and ability to work under pressure.
