Research Coordinator Role

This position supports the CEO and other C-level executives in managing executive calendars, conducting research, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth coordination of daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain the CEO's and other executives' calendars with precision.
  • Conduct thorough research, compile data, and prepare comprehensive reports or presentations to support executive decision-making.
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO, executive team, and internal/external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication.
  • Draft, review, and proofread correspondence, documents, and reports with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups on pending tasks, emails, and commitments to maintain productivity.
  • Support in preparing agendas, minutes of meetings, and action items for executive meetings to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality in handling sensitive and business-critical information with professionalism and discretion.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master's preferred) for strong foundation in organizational skills.
  • Proven experience (2–4 years) as a Research Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role supporting senior management with adaptability and teamwork.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with ability to multitask effectively and prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English for effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
  • High level of interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships across different levels of the organization to foster trust and cooperation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with scheduling tools for efficient task completion.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines to deliver results-driven outcomes.
