We are seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to support our ride-hailing business by developing operational strategies, managing partner networks, and optimizing driver supply and coverage.
- This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as a data-driven mindset focused on operational optimization.
- You will be responsible for monitoring daily operations, identifying bottlenecks, and suggesting improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Developing operational strategies for Yango ride-hailing
- Managing partner network for effective collaboration
- Otimitizing driver supply and coverage through local partnerships
- Facilitating driver onboarding and retention initiatives
- Mitorning daily operations and suggesting improvements
- Analyzing performance metrics and contributing to data-driven initiatives
- Collaborating with marketing, support, and tech teams to enhance user experience
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal best practices
You might be a fit if you have:
- A bachelor's degree and 2–4 years of relevant work experience
- A background in operations (preferably in ride-hailing, mobility, or logistics)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Data-driven mindset focused on operational optimization
- Partner networking and stakeholder management skills
- Collaborative team player with a drive for continuous learning
