USA Sales Specialist

We are seeking a skilled sales professional to drive revenue growth in the USA market.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional English verbal and written communication skills, tailored to the USA market, with expertise in digital marketing and sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective sales pitches on Upwork and Bark platforms.
- Generate high-quality bids and proposals to secure new business opportunities.
- Lead client acquisition efforts through various channels, including Freelancer, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather client requirements, communicate project details, and deliver outstanding results.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in sales and digital marketing on freelance platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong command of English language.
- Knowledge of web development projects and ability to create compelling sales pitches.
- Understanding of social media marketing and advertising principles.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
We offer a competitive compensation package, including:
- Commission-based salary, ranging from 1% to 5% per sale.
- Annual performance-based salary increments up to 10%.
- Bonus salary tied to one-year performance and revenue targets.
- Regular commission disbursements on a monthly basis.
