Team Director

Job Summary:

Our organization is seeking a highly motivated and experienced District Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading district-level project activities, achieving project targets, and providing strategic guidance to team members. Key responsibilities include:

• Implementing project activities and achieving project targets.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with district departments and stakeholders.
• Making monthly and quarterly reports to project manager and district government/advisory committee.
• Providing technical inputs and guidance to team members.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management and team leadership.
• Excellent communication, reporting, and presentation skills.
• Understanding of databases and ability to develop analytical reports.
• Command over computer skills i.e. Word/ Excel/ Power Point/email communications.
