As a Product Designer at our organization, you will be responsible for driving the design direction of our digital financial products.

This role requires an individual with infinite curiosity to make Digital Design better and create the overall user experience for a digital financial product solving all financial and end-user needs. You will partner with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that enhance the user interface and user experience of our products and services.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience as a creator, attention to detail, and the ability to aim for the larger vision. They should also have a proven record of shipping features on time and on budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop modern, simple, and elegant designs for web and mobile applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Manage a team of designers and provide regular feedback on UX/UI.
  • Transform the user experience, organization, and design team by implementing new ideas and strategies.
  • Guide visual goals and branding for financial products by creating cohesive design systems.
  • Partner closely with marketing to communicate brand value through engaging content and campaigns.
  • Balance speed and quality, focusing on tangible results that drive business growth.
