Job Title: Content Strategist for LinkedIn Growth

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Content & Marketing Specialist to develop and execute a strategic LinkedIn content plan, focusing on building the personal brand of our founder and generating high-quality leads.

About the Role:
  • Develop a comprehensive LinkedIn content strategy aligned with brand goals and objectives.
  • Craft engaging posts with strong hooks, stories, and calls-to-action (CTAs) that resonate with our target audience.
  • Maintain expertise in LinkedIn Sales Navigator to optimize lead generation.
  • Design and optimize the company profile on LinkedIn to increase visibility and credibility.
  • Analyse performance metrics to refine content strategies and improve engagement.
  • Foster relationships with our target audience through active engagement via comments and direct messages.
  • Support inbound lead generation and respond to initial inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in content writing, personal branding, or social media marketing with a strong portfolio.
  • Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills, with a focus on English language proficiency.
  • In-depth knowledge of B2B marketing principles and LinkedIn algorithm best practices.
  • Able to guide graphic designers in creating visually appealing content assets.
  • Exceptional communication and time management skills to meet deadlines and deliver results.
  • A proactive mindset and creativity in content ideation to stay ahead of industry trends.
Industry Focus:

The scope of our content creation will cover topics such as Entrepreneurship, Startups, Technology, Artificial Intelligence, and Cybersecurity.
