Network Performance Engineer

The Network Performance Engineer is responsible for analyzing and improving the performance of network systems. This involves conducting gap analysis, identifying areas for improvement, and providing recommendations to stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing a network performance index to track key metrics and identify areas for improvement
  • Creating dashboards to monitor network performance and issue escalations
  • Analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to implement improvements and resolve issues

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • BSc. Electrical or Telecommunication Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • Strong understanding of 2G/3G/LTE technologies, RF/Tx/Core expertise, and IP Network/OTT Applications
  • Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills
