Job Title: Café Manager

As a Café Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the café. This includes maintaining cleanliness and organization of indoor and outdoor areas, as well as ensuring food quality, taste, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintaining cleanliness (monthly, weekly and daily) of indoor and outdoor areas.
• Starting operations and opening the café.
• Ensuring food quality, taste, and presentation.
• Looking after customers and responding to any queries or complaints.

Inventory Management:

• Maintaining stock levels according to demand.
• Ordering raw materials and checking their delivery.
• Maintaining payments with proper bills/evidence attached.
• Managing all purchases and inventory (procurement of raw materials, etc.).
• Controlling costs and wastage (raw materials and finished goods).

Staff Management & Training:

• Monitoring staff attendance and their timetable.
• Ensuring staff perform their assigned duties.
• Team building and training.
• Managing staff salaries, disputes, and any issues.

Financial Reporting:

• Conducting business and sales analysis on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Driving growth for the business and taking responsibility.
• Observing health, hygiene, and safety concerns at all times.
