Job Title

This is a Senior Software Quality Assurance position within a dynamic, fast-paced, and focused team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Work closely with fellow QA and Test engineers to ensure seamless testing processes.
  2. Responsible for team leading and client communication, ensuring effective collaboration and issue resolution.
  3. Expertise in testing backend components for high-traffic websites, including customized QA and development tools.
  4. Operate within short release cycles, prioritizing efficiency and quality assurance.
Required Skills:
  • Hands-on testing experience in multiple domains with mastery of the test management lifecycle.
  • Developing test strategies and creating/executing Test Plans, Test Scenarios, Test Cases.
  • Functional, performance, usability, platform compatibility expertise.
  • Automation testing using QTP/Selenium, web architecture, and technologies over multiple platforms.
  • Multitool proficiency in automation, bug management, and test management including Selenium, WinRunner, LoadRunner, Bugzilla, Mantis, TestLink.
Bonus Qualifications:
  • Experience in Telecom and Banking Domain.
  • Security Testing/Penetration Testing expertise.
  • Mercury Quality Center experience.
