As a key player in driving real estate investment opportunities, you will be responsible for establishing rapport with potential clients via initial contact. Your primary goal will be to understand their investment interests and provide information that encourages them to consider our offerings.

This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a genuine interest in helping clients make informed investment decisions.

Job Responsibilities
  • Make initial contact with potential clients via phone calls.
  • Introduce and explain international real estate investment opportunities.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with potential clients.
  • Listen to client needs and provide tailored information about our offerings.
  • Schedule follow-up calls and arrange more in-depth conversations with senior representatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up actions in CRM systems.
  • Use Google Sheets and Excel to manage and track client information and sales data.
  • Stay updated on market trends and our real estate offerings to provide clients with relevant information.
Key Requirements
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Urdu.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel.
  • Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships over the phone.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and desire to succeed.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Basic understanding of real estate markets and investment principles is a plus.
