Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Operations Officer to manage the day-to-day administrative functions of our organization. The role requires someone who can ensure seamless functioning of office facilities, handle staff support activities, and assist with basic human resources tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and vendor services.
  • Manage office supplies, housekeeping, kitchen, and overall workplace upkeep.
  • Handle guest reception and hospitality arrangements.
  • Oversee security arrangements, office assets, and facilities management.
  • Coordinate travel, accommodation, and transportation when required.
  • Maintain administrative records and assist in payroll/attendance support.
  • Support human resources in maintaining employee files and basic documentation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (BA/BBA or equivalent).
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in administration (industry experience preferred).
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
