Talent Acquisition Expert

We're seeking highly skilled professionals to fill Talent Acquisition Specialist roles. Successful candidates will be responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process, identifying top talent, and collaborating with hiring managers to meet recruitment needs.

This role offers opportunities for growth beyond recruitment, including potential HR responsibilities or leading recruitment efforts when needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and recruitment priorities.
  • Develop and execute effective talent sourcing strategies for technical and non-technical roles.
  • Post job advertisements on relevant platforms to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Screen, assess, and interview candidates to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Manage candidate communication to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
  • Maintain accurate and timely updates in applicant tracking systems.
  • Prepare and present HR metrics and reports to senior management.
  • Facilitate seamless onboarding of successful hires.
  • Establish strong relationships with universities and talent sources to enhance the talent pipeline.
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities to strengthen employer branding.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align recruitment efforts with business objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Solid understanding of technical roles, skills, and recruitment best practices.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and human resource management systems.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with technical recruitment experience preferred.
